Programmers Eligible for placement process :

• Any Engineering degree (any specialisation) or MCA Or M.Sc (CS)
• Year of Passing : 2025 passing outs & 2023, 2024 passed outs 
• Candidates having Standing arrears and less academic percentage are also eligible to apply for this recruitment drive.

Selection Process :

• The initial rounds of the recruitment process consist of qualifying rounds that can be attended from home
• Each session is designed to test a candidate’s aptitude and coding skills, with the preferred languages for the coding test being C, C++, Java, or Python 3
• They plan to conduct the final round(Coding/Technical/HR Viva-voce) for the shortlisted candidate from the Initial rounds in our office (Coimbatore/Karur)
• So, the Shortlisted candidates have to be ready to attend our Final round in-person along with a Laptop, Resume and Recent Passport Size photo
• Once the final round interview date/venue are finalised, we will inform you beforehand through E-mail

Offer Includes :

• Candidates who perform well in this recruitment drive will be offered both Training and Job. The job offer will be confirmed when the results are declared (before the Training)
• Candidates who are selected for the offer will be given 3 months Training. This is to familiarise you with the technologies we are working with.This Training period also serves us a bridging period between the industry demands and theoretical knowledge and helps you in defining your career growth
• On successful completion of the Training the candidate will be absorbed as a Junior Developer
• The package for the position of Junior Developer is INR 4.2 LPA

Instruction to Candidates :

1. Sample Online Coding Contest(will be active and available from Monday, 24th March 2025) :

• Candidates can attend and get familiar of the CodeKalam with the Sample Online coding test available in the portal.
• Please signup with your E-mail ID and Password (at least 8 characters) in the URL https://app.codekalam.com/signup
• After Signup, you will receive a verification email to your inbox, please verify the email using the link in it to login to the app(https://app.codekalam.com/login)
• Name, Date of Birth and Mobile No. will be asked during your first time login for updating your profile.
• If you have already signup, verified Email/have attend our Test earlier in our portal and if you remember the password, please use it to login otherwise click on “Forgot your password?” and enter your registered email-ID then Password reset link will be sent to your Email-ID. You can reset your password and login in the portal.  
• To attend the sample contest, kindly click on the Contest Name “Sample Online Coding Contest – April 2025”, Read the Instructions and finally Click on “Begin Test” to start the test.
• If any one of you are facing any issues in logging in, kindly let us know through the Chatbot in our Website(https://www.mallow-tech.com/) or using this mail id recruitment@mallow-tech.com 
• Candidates can attend this test in any one of the programming language C or C++ or Python 3 or Java. 
• Latest version of any one of the browser, Chrome or Edge or Firefox is preferred to login the CodeKalam portal through Laptop/Desktop and not from Mobile devices.
• Please complete this Sample test on or before Friday, 28th March 2025, So that you can attend your main test without any troubles in our drive. 
• Note : Candidate who haven’t attended the sample test will be struggling to attend the main test. So kindly use this opportunity. It is mandatory.

2. Initial Virtual Coding Contest ( will be active and available from Saturday, 5th April 2025) :

• Candidates are expected to start the test by 09.30 AM, if any fails, candidate may lose the opportunity to attend the recruitment process.
• This round includes 3 sections: Aptitude, Program 1, and Program 2. It will be an half day session. Kindly prepare accordingly.
•  Malpractices will be identified from our CodeKalam.
• Kindly contact us  either in the Chatbot in our Website or through E-mail (recruitment@mallow-tech.com), if you have any concerns or need any clarifications.
• Note : As this page is a information bulletin, Repeated submissions will disqualify your application. The same E-mail ID to be used throughout this recruitment.

Instructions to Candidates : (APRIL 5th – VIRTUAL ROUND)

NOTE : You can start the test at 10.00am once the contest(“Off-Campus Recruitment – April 5th 2025“) get showed in our test portal( https://app.codekalam.com/ ). Kindly refresh the page if you are unable to view the contest after the mentioned time. Still if you face any concerns/query you can get connected with us via chat bot, which will be shown at the right bottom corner of the test portal ( https://app.codekalam.com/ ). Your doubts will be addressed there.

• Candidates are expected to Log in at 09.15 AM on Sat, 5th April 2025 in our test portal and you can start your test at 09.30 AM in the contest(“Off-Campus Recruitment – April 5th 2025). After completing all the sections you can click on the “Complete Contest” button and Log out from the CodeKalam Portal.
• Candidate should have the following to attend our Test :
  • Working condition Laptop/Desktop Computer
  • Uninterrupted power supply.
  • Latest version of any one of the browser, Chrome or Edge or Firefox in your Laptop/Desktop
  • Ensure to have healthy network
• Use of Mobile phone, Calculators or any other electronic gadgets during the test are strictly prohibited.
• Candidates can take break at any time (no need to ask permission), during the tests to have water or to go to the rest
   room.
• Note : We will be sharing you the Codekalam test link on April 3rd, 2025. The test link will be enabled only at April 5th, 2025. Sometimes it may get reflected in spam, please ensure once. If the candidate didn’t receive the test link, consider your profile got rejected as of now.
