Eligibility Criteria :
- Graduation Year : Final-year students graduating in 2025.
- Educational Qualifications :
- B.E/ B.Tech in Electrical, EEE, or Mechanical Engineering.
- M.Tech in Power Systems or Mechanical Engineering.
- Academic Performance : Minimum 65% marks in 10th, 12th, and graduation.
- Backlogs : No active or live backlogs at the time of application.
- Experience : Freshers (0–2 years of experience) are eligible.
- Additional Skills (Preferred) :
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Positive attitude and the ability to think innovatively.

Salary Structure :
1) Fixed Annual Salary (CTC):
- B.Tech Graduates : 5.5 LPA
