Details Eligibility :
Required Education :
- 10th Standard : 60% or above
- 12th Standard : 60% or above
- Graduation : 60% or CGPA equivalent to 6.0 (as per university guidelines)
Eligible Degrees :
- B.E./ B.Tech (Mandatory)
- M.E./ M.Tech (Only for 5-year integrated courses)
Eligible Branches :
- Computer Science (CS)
- Information Technology (IT)
- Circuital Branches (ECE, EEE, etc.)
Additional Eligibility Criteria :
- Backlogs : A maximum one backlog is applicable at the time of the Online Assessment.
- Educational Gap : Maximum gap 3 years in education is allowed.
- Graduation Gap : No gaps are applicable during the graduation period. Graduation must completed within 4 years from the start of the degree course.
- Degree : The degree should be a full-time course recognized by the Central or State Government of India.
- Period : Candidates who have already participated in an assessment completed a mandatory 3-month, invited for the next round of the test process.
- Nationality : Applicants must be Indian citizens.
- Bhutan and Nepal Nationals : Candidates from Bhutan and Nepal are required to submit a citizenship certificate.
- Age Requirement : Candidates at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
Compensation Package :
Salary Structure :
- Annual CTC : ₹3.50 LPA (₹3,50,000 per annum)
- Flat Bonus : ₹25,000 (after 6 months from joining)

Selection Process :
Round 1 : Online Assessment (128 Minutes) :
This is the first stage where candidates will be evaluated on different skill sets. The test comprises three sections :
- Section 1 : Aptitude Test (48 minutes)
- Logical Ability
- Quantitative Ability
- Verbal (English) Ability
- Section 2 : Written Communication Test (20 minutes)
- Essay Writing
- Candidates will be given a topic and must write a structured, grammatically correct, and coherent essay.
- Section 3 : Online Programming Test (60 minutes)
- Two coding problems
- Candidates can choose any one of the following programming languages :
- Java
- C
- C++
- Python
Note : The programming section assesses problem-solving skills, algorithmic thinking, and coding efficiency.
Round 2 : Voice Assessment :
This round tests a candidate’s spoken English and communication skills. It may include :

Round 3 : Business Discussion (Final Round) :

- A cooling-off period of 3 months is mandatory before reappearing if a candidate fails in any round.
