Job Responsibilities :
- Software Development & Support :
- Develop, test, debug, and implement software applications based on client requirements.
- Assist in bug fixing, optimization, and performance improvement of applications.
- Learning & Applying Technologies :
- earn new technologies, tools, and processes as required.
- Work on Java, .NET, Python, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), or other technologies depending on the project.
- Documentation :
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for development, deployment, and operation.
- Client Communication :
- Interact with global clients and internal stakeholders under supervision.
- Participate in requirement gathering and status meetings.
- Team Collaboration :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using agile methodologies.
- Participate in code reviews, team discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Testing & QA Support :
- Write unit test cases and support integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Perform troubleshooting and resolve technical issues.
- DevOps & Deployment (optional based on role) :
- Work on CI/CD pipelines, basic scripting, and cloud deployment (if in DevOps or cloud-focused role).

Compensation Package – Zensar Technologies (GET Role) :
- CTC (Annual Package) : 4.0 – 4.5 LPA (approx)
- Base Salary : 3.5 – 3.8 LPA
- Performance Bonus : Up to ₹50,000 annually
